Claims Scenario: ENVIRONMENTAL LIABILITY

A mechanical contractor removed ductwork from a multi-family residential HVAC system. Unknown to the contractor, the ductwork was home to harmful fungus. The dismantling and on-site storage of the ductwork caused the fungus to spread throughout the building.
